I already have a version and want to buy an upgrade/update.
In the Updates/Upgrades tab you will find an overview of all our update/upgrade editions. Select your desired upgrade level and in the product view the version you currently own. Then the corresponding price for your upgrade will be displayed and can be added to the shopping cart.
Are there quantity discounts?
Please ask for quantity discounts or required individual solutions simply via Direct-Message .
Do I have to provide an e-mail address?
The delivery of our software is done via personalized download link by eMail. Please understand that we need your real eMail address for this.
Where is my order confirmation?
Usually, this should have landed in your inbox right after you purchased your software products. If this is not the case, please have a look in your spam folder. In case of higher order volume, the sending of order confirmations may take a little longer due to the server, please be patient. If this is still missing even after a certain waiting time, please contact us via our Direct-Message .
Where is my download link?
After full payment has been received (and verification of the respective eligibility for purchase), we will send our products in the form of a personalized download link to the eMail address you have provided. Please be patient, as we check the orders one by one and hand over a personalized software product to you. This may take a little time. We therefore ask for your understanding that you will not receive your download link immediately.
Why I am not able to return the software?
Since our software is an individual product that is specifically tailored to the customer and their contact details, we are unfortunately unable to grant an exchange. Once delivered, the software is no longer returnable for us. Warum kann ich die Software nicht zurückgeben?
ARE THERE ANY OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Wir bilden schon sehr viele Zahlungsmöglichkeiten ab, unter anderem können Sie mittels Paypal auch ohne einen Account via Rechnung (unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen), Kreditkarte, Banküberweisung, Lastschrift, u.v.m. zahlen. Sollte Ihre gewünschte Zahlungsmöglichkeit dennoch nicht vorhanden sein, so wenden Sie sich gerne an uns und wir finden eine Lösung!
I need a customized software solution.
In case you need an individual software solution or perhaps an edition that our store does not cover, please use our Direct Contact with an appropriate request. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
Where is my CD?
We send exclusively in the form of download links via eMail. If you still need our software in the form of a data carrier, we ask you to transfer it to such independently after download or contact us and request a corresponding CD.
I have problems with the order.
If problems occur within the ordering process, please first try the following tips to solve the problem:
Restart browser: Close and restart your web browser. Clear cache memory and navigation history:Old data from previous calls to our store may, in rare cases, cause problems with new orders. Browser update: Are you using the latest version of your browser? If not, this could also cause problems in the ordering process. Try another browser: If none of these tips solved the problem, please try another browser. Order Help:If you continue to have problems, you can contact us using Direct Contact. Please try to describe your problem as detailed as possible and attach a screenshot if necessary.
What system requirements do I need?
TARGET 3001! runs under Windows XP/Vista/Win7/Win8/Win10/Win11 (32/64) and also under Linux/Wine. For all other operating systems you should download a so-called emulator and emulate one of the listed operating systems. Other specifications:
Processor: at least 2 GHz Intel/AMD, multicore / Memory: at least 1 GB / Graphics: at least 1024×800 points, Open-GL support for 3D view / Graphics memory: 1GB / Internet access required for some functions: Program help (Wiki), program update, database update, datasheets, further supplier information etc.
